Under the hood
  1. Every post (title, company, description and skills) was turned into a fingerprint of its meaning once; the engine puts “Pflegefachkraft”, “infermiere” and “nurse” close together.
  2. A search is one fingerprint compared with 48, then filtered by work mode, level and language.
  3. With a CV, each passage of the CV becomes a query. A post scores with its best passage and the average of its three best, so the CV must match as a whole; the best passage is shown as the reason.
